We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Scientist in Bioinformatics to join a collaborative team working on the development of next-generation computational methods for microbiome and metaproteomics data analysis.

The primary purpose of this role is to conduct comprehensive nutritional and biochemical analysis of fermented plant-based foods as part of the FlavourFerm Horizon Europe project.
